The 2011 DFW Youth English Speech Contest is a unique opportunity for youths to initiate, research, write, and deliver an address to public audience. Texas Dragon Toastmasters Club will organize the contest. Toastmasters International has been invited to aid in the critical judging area and all levels of competition will be judged by the members of that organization. Students in Grades 1 to 12 (Spring 2011) are invited to participate. Online registration is required. Registration fee is $10.
The sponsors of the speech contest are Texas Dragon Toastmasters Club, Chinese Institute of Engineers (CIE), Confucius Institute of UTD and Texas Instruments Chinese Initiatives (TICI).
